Experimentation is the cornerstone of innovation.

Same old methods, get you the same old results.

In 2018, Peace Innovation Institute was launched with the aim of building a peace tech sector and industry that focuses on catalyzing innovation. REDD was created to teach innovation at the organizational level.

REDD isn’t about ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions.

With REDD, there is no box.

Developed at Stanford University, REDD teaches you to solve problems through mutually beneficial collaboration without being limited by the constraints that exist within your industry, organization, or department.

Led by Margarita Quihuis and Mark Nelson, Co-Directors of the Peace Innovation Lab Stanford University and the Peace Innovation Institute The Hague, this workshop will lead you through high-level collaborations with top CXOs and train you to diagnose problems, design potential solutions, and deploy those solutions.

Not only will attendees walk away with a collaborative solution to the one problem they walked in with, they will be equipped with the skills they need to apply these methods to existing problems and sniff out new, lucrative opportunities.

REDD can help you:

  • Find ways to monetize existing products while reducing the costs and risks of developing new ones

  • Increase stakeholder engagement and loyalty

  • Build scalable, replicable innovation processes

  • Develop a culture of innovation

  • Identify organizational inefficiencies and neglected opportunities

WHO? Corporate executives, senior NGO officials, government decision makers, foundation program officers responsible for product and program development, strategic partnerships and JVs, and organizational performance. *You must be authorized to at least make decisions worth €10,000 for your organization.
