This workshop is designed to gets attendees out of their heads and into an experimental mindset. We challenge attendees to create a hypothesis, generate multiple solutions, and then test them until they find the best one, honing their innovation, collaboration, and cross-learning skills along the way.

Discomfort is just a mile marker for innovation.

Our Innovation Prototyping workshop teaches attendees to re-engineer human relationships by putting them through a series of work sprints that drives them towards a crucible moment, one that transforms the way they approach problem-solving and idea generation as a whole.

Attendees who walk in with challenges around specific issues with fear or mental blocks around certain tasks are taught to embrace the discomfort and recognize it for what it is: A mile marker for innovation. Not only will they walk away having overcome existing fears, they’ll now be equipped to tackle new, and challenging situations head-on.

Innovation Prototyping teaches attendees that decision-making doesn’t have to be a zero-sum game, and helps them reframe existing processes so that positive impact becomes a pre-requisite of the design rather than an afterthought.

As a result, your organization:
